400,000 gallon (1,600m3) fermentation capacity in 10 vessels. Major equipment: Farrel FCM12 continuous mixer, 18” Farrel extruder with underwater pelletizer and Beringer screen changer model 1500. K-tron feeders, spin dryer and bagging system. Pelleting system designed for 7.3 ton/hr. Plant designed to produce photopolymers, propylene copolymers, butene copolymers. Resin grades - blow molding, injection molding, film extrusion and pipe extrusion, 1982.
